    guyz plz guide me.... when i make dedicated server my server fps is 64 how can i increase that 64 to 99 plzz answer me...

    Try these:

    fps_max 99
    cl_updaterate 101
    cl_cmdrate 101
    cl_rate 23000

    You can not do anything if server has lag or you have inferior hardware. Also turn the v-sync off in your graphics properties. This will give you better fps.
